#BraunTherms Forehead Thermometer

No matter where I got lately whether it is the grocery store or a holiday party, or even my house, there is someone either sniffling, coughing, sneezing, or all of the above!  Winter is here and with Winter brings lots of colds and flus. While I would love to shield our family from bad germs it is inevitable that I would not succeed. I just hate to see my children not feeling well, as any mother does. 

We hate colds, but we hate the flu even more. One way to decipher if your child has just a little cold or something more serious is by taking their temperature.  When my children get sick, I rely on the new Braun Forehead Thermometer to take their temperature.  While it's easy to take my older children's temperature it can be quite tricky to take the younger children's temperature, but not with the Braun Forehead Thermometer.     We have one of these and I LOVE it. It makes life SOOOOO much easier when they are sick and don;t want me bothering them to take their temp.

    It is also so much safer to take temps this way! If I had a child I would definitely get one of these and might get one for my niece once she has her baby in February.

    I love this thermometer! it works so amazing! I have one and used it this last week too! We all got sick. It make taking temperatures so much easier and a lot less grumpy kids.

    We have a Braun forehead thermometer - not this model though. Have had it several years and love it. Nothing like having your child sick and not having to fight them for a temperature reading.

    I used to have an ear thermometer but it died. I do really want a head thermometer. They look amazing!

    If we get a baby in 2014 I will definitely invest in this thermometer. For my son I went through enough headaches with the regular thermometer that you have to stick in his mouth...

    i love these they are so much easier on a sick child then having to pop one in the mouth or other places. wish they had them when son was younger

    That looks great for kids. They do not like sticking a thermometer in the mouth and some find the ear one a little scary. Thanks for the great review.

    I have a similar thermometer and it is really accurate and very easy to use. With kids, it's important to have one in the house.

    I need one of these badly,,ive got 11 grandkids an 2 more on the way so its hard for me to get temps on them the old fashioned way

    I love forehead thermometers. Well I had no choice but to love them since my toddler hates anything going into her ears. I already have one but if I ever need another I'll be sure to check this one out. Happy New Year!

    i haven't used one of these before. we usually let fevers ride, but after this past week with a kiddo with 103.6 and the other hitting 103.9 we did have to pull out the thermometers because i wasn't sure just how "hot" they were!

    I have tinkered with the idea of getting one of these for my children. I have a temporal thermometer now and its never accurate. Time for something new!
