I know many young people out there were anxiously waiting for the newest Harry Potter movie(Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2, to hit theatres and it has finally came time. Harry Potter fun does not stop in theatres, bring all the fun home with you with one of Hasbro's newest games, Clue:World of Harry Potter. I recently had the wonderful opportunity of working with my all time favorite game brand (Hasbro, ) on a review of this awesome game. I knew it would be a huge hit with my oldest son because he is a huge fan of Hasbro and Harry Potter!

We began by reading the instructions, which were long, but very thorough and explanative. My children helped me punch out forty little floo powder tokens, which they enjoyed doing because they like helping out. After that, it was time to set up the board, so we inserted the location wheels into the board. Next, we grabbed some pencils and got ready to participate in a Harry Potter good time! For this game you can play with 2-4 players so me, my husband and our oldest son decided to play the game together.
This game is very similar to the original Clue game, in the since that there is a mystery that needs to be solved. You can choose between six different exciting characters including Harry, Ron, Nevil, Luna, Hermione, or Jenny. Of course my son chose Harry Potter, so I chose Jenny and my husband chose Hermione. A friend vanishes and it is up to you to figure out who did it, what spell or item they used, and where the student was attacked. Be careful, as you travel through rooms with floo powder because the dark mark has a tendency to appear.
My son did a great job filling out his form, and dealing us the cards. After the cards were shuffled we placed the selected cards into the CLUE envelope. We had to follow certain rules like you can only move horizontally or vertically. When you are sure of your findings, you must go to the Burrow to make your final accusation and win the game! My husband ended up winning, which does not surprise me because he is very competitive and good at games.
This game was packed full of exciting twists and turns, and provided my family with a ton of fun entertainment. I always love when my children can be entertained by something other than TV or Video Games! We will definitely be adding this to our weekend family fun game days! This game is a must have for all Harry Potter and CLUE fans!
