Freedom Fighter is a documentary movie that tells the story of a man by the name of Majed El Shafie. He was arrested, tortured and then sentenced to die because of his Christian faith. He escaped from Israel where he was imprisoned for a year and a half and then released. He now lives in Canada where he fights for those prosecuted around the world. He is willing to put everything on the line including his life to help pressure government and challenge both world and spiritual leaders.
First Canadian Delegation to Iraq Since the War Began to be Led by One Free World International Founder Rev. Majed El Shafie. They have announced a fact finding mission to Iraq from July 19-24, 2011. The delegation will include Mr. John Weston, Member of the Canadian Parlament and senator John Merideth, and Senate of Canada. The delegation will be meeting with Iraq's Prime Minister, Vice President, Minister of Human Rights and Women's Rights, and Speaker of the Parliament. El Shafie will be confronting the Iraq Government regarding the issues of human rights, women's rights and minority rights.
