Empire Patio Covers

Empire Patio Covers was kind enough to let me select an item to review.  Although I do not have patio furniture at the moment (and I say at the moment because I eventually plan on buying some), I decided to review one of their Patio Sofa Covers.  Recently my two year old got sick on our couch cover and needless to say it was ruined for good so we were in need of a new couch cover.  And yes,  I know what your thinking,  why put Patio Furniture Covers on a regular couch?  Well,  the answer is simple...it works even better than your average couch cover,  and not to mention the fact that my two year old ruined our regular one last month! 

It took less than a minute to securly place it over our couch,  and as soon as we had it secured,  we sat down to try it out.  As we sat down we noticed it stayed in place a lot better than the one we had on it before.  This one was made out of different material too so it is definently more durable.  The real test was when we let the children sit on it because they can be some of the messiest kids ever,  but amazingly the couch stayed nice and clean,  just the way we like it because it is less than a year old and we had to pay a pretty little penny for it.  I chose the Metro Brown color which is striped with a chocolate brown and a rich creme color.  The colors made for a perfect fit on our couch  because our couch is brown.  Stripes run down the front of the color and solid brown covers the sides.

Although I did not measure it before ordering it,  luckily for me it fit perfectly,  but you should be sure to go ahead and measure it before your purchase the cover,  so your sofa or loveseat will get the best fit possible.  Although,  I did not use it on patio furniture it is oviously intended for use on your patio furniture.  It is made out of 600% denier polyester that resists fading,  sun, snow,  rain,  tree sap,  bird droppings,  and dust.  The covers interior coating helps with weather resistance.  On the inside of the cover you will find four sewn in straps which can be tied to the sofa legs to keep the cover from slipping. 

The cover also features adjustable straps with brown plastic buckles on the underside of the cover to help assist in securing the cover to your patio furniture.  Additionally,  the cover also features vents on each side of the cover to allow air to circulate without allowing rain into the cover.  The Metro Brown Settee Cover comes with a 2 year manfucacturers warantee,   so your cover is protected and so if your patio furniture!  Be sure to visit their site and check out their entire line of faboulous Outdoor Patio Furniture Covers.
