Sesame Streets Put Down The Pacifier Day

Sesame Street is helping kids put down the pacifier with there very first initiative to help children through this difficult  milestone.  I can definitely relate to this because I am currently going through the same thing with my one year old son!  Beginning October 28th,  Sesame Street will provide tips for parents and video clips from Elmo that will help them become big kids.  Besides learning how to give up a pacifier,  children will also learn about getting a first haircut and riding a tricycle.

The online promotion goes along with release of the all new DVD "Bye Bye,  Pacifier! Big Kid Stories with Elmo"  which will be available beginning November 1st for only $14.98 from Warner Home Video.

To watch a message from Elmo I encourage you to visit www.sesamestreet.org/pacifier

How great that is!! I have seen some pretty big kids still sucking on the pacifiers. I bet the mothers go crazy trying to get them to stop.

This sounds like an interesting DVD! My niece loves Elmo, and still sucks on a binky! This would be great for a Christmas gift :)
