Rhythmica DVD

Okay,  so  I have been dealing with what I am sure a lot of women deal with in life...weight loss after giving birth.  I guess it didnt help that I got pregnant again just seven months after giving birth and after I had never lost the weight of the first pregnancy.  Never the less it is what it is and it's up to me to change it.  The only problem is actually everything!  I don't know if I just havent been motivated enough or what but I haven't been able to lose weight.  However this year(for my new years resolution) I promised myself that I will lose weight.  


Towards the end of last year I tried going on a strict diet,  which didnt get me anywhere at all. I guess it would have helped if I would have added exercise to my diet but it just didnt seem like i had time to hit a gym or take all my babies out for a walk in the neighborhood,  which just so happens to be full of lots of traffic.  That being said I finally found a solution to my problem and a fabulous way to lose weight while in my house.  


I received the Rhythmica DVD for review and I couldn't have been more excited! I think the last time I did a workout video was back in the day when Sweating to the Oldies was popular,  I know funny right!  Anyways Rhythmica is definitely nothing like that.  It offers the latest dance moves in Hip-Hop,  Salsa,  and even house. I was fairly positive that I could easily keep up with the moves, but once I put it on I quickly found out that it was going to take a lot of work to get all of them down.  I don't know why,  but I thought I would be able to do them on the first time, but soon I realized that just wasn't going to be the case!  So, I rewind the DVD to certain parts a few times to help me learn the moves before I move on.  


Before long I found myself sweaty and hot,  so I guess that means it was doing it's job!  The dance moves/workout routine is so much fun and really enjoyable.  I have only been doing it for a week now but I am already starting to get more fit thanks to Rhythmica!  And on top of that the more I do it the more I get the routine down.  In a week I was able to memorize the entire 1st workout,  so one down two to go!
