Digital PeepHole Viewer Review + Giveaway

Who you peeking at?  Well, you could be peeking at everyone who comes to your door without trouble or having to strain your eyes because the Brinno PeepHole Viewer sold by the Smartec Store allows you to do just that!  This is because the PeepHole Viewer is a device that is placed over your regular peephole and features a LCD panel,  so you can see exactly who is at your door without having to squint or look through a small hole.

Before being contacted by the Smartec website,  I had no clue this product even existed but let me tell you I was very excited to learn more about it.  You see, I have always hated trying to look through the tiny little dark peep hole on our door so I knew this item would come in very handy and I couldn't of been more right!  But,  before we started using it we had to install it,  which I might add is very simple.

Follow these easy instructions for simple instillation of the PeepHole Viewer:

  1. Install Base Flange
  2. Insert PeepHole
  3. Finished!
After it was installed we put it to use.  Since we didn't expect anyone to come over till the following day I sent my husband outside so we could test it out.  Sure enough, I could see a vivid clear image of him on the LCD screen.  We have been using it ever since and let me tell you it really makes a difference.  Before using the PeepHole Viewer my children would have to go to the window to look out to see who was at the door because they couldn't reach the peephole,  now they simply glance at the screen and instead of taking minutes to see who is at the door it now only takes them seconds!

Everyone who comes over is always very impressed with the PeepHole Viewer.   We plan on moving soon and we will definitely  be bringing it with us.  It is perfect for our family and I am sure you will find it is perfect for yours too!  Oh, and did I mention it is perfect for the elderly so you may want to pick one up for your grandparents or parents as well.
The PeepHole Viewer Includes:
  • 1 Tightening Tool
  • 1 PeepHole
  • 2 AA Batteries
Please also check out their new advance PeepHole Viewer PHV1330 which has the following extra features:
- Bigger LCD Display
- Brightness Enhancement
- Capability of taking the pictures and store them in Micro SD card

Because our apartment only has a tiny peep hole that barely shows anything. It's hard to make the person out and I am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old.

I would really like to win this for my 90 year old Mom (!) She lives alone - only a few miles away from us - but I still worry about her being so alone and vulnerable - and there have been some robberies in her neighborhood. We would feel greatly relieved knowing she has this extra level of security. Thanks!
