Monsuno Party

Have you heard of MONSUNO yet?  If you haven't,  your about to,  and if you have boys they are going to love it!  Take Beyblades, mix them with Pokemon, and then add a little bit of Bakugan and you have MONSUNO!  They are a brand new line of toys from Jakks Pacific and are just hitting shelves near you!

QUESTION:  What exactly is MONSUNO?
ANSWER: MONSUNO is an innovative toy line that features action figures, accesories, collectibles, action figure sets, and electronics.  The are from the MONSUNO animated Nick Toons series and will bring the series straight into your little one's very own little hands! The toys are recommended for children ages 6-10.

I recently received a generous  party pack to host a MONSUNO party for my son's and their cousins and we couldn't have been more excited.  My son's have plenty of cousins,  so I knew they would be super excited to get in on the fun too!  We invited a couple of their cousins over and their younger brothers too, and got down to some MONSUNO fun!

Here is what was included in our party:

~Two 2 packs of cores + figures (enough for 4 boys to play)
~Four single packs of collectible metal cores
~Included game play instructions and trading cards
~Stickers
~Cover letter introducing contents and provides tips.

None of the boys were familiar with the toys, since they are new so my husband stepped in to show the children how they work.  Basically, you spin your cylinder into battle, and hit other players cyclinders.  Once this happens the action figure shoots out of the cylinder and is ready for play!  The pack also came with Topps Game cards which really remind me alot of Pokkemon cards.  The card game seems harder than it actually is and is a lot of fun to play.

The party was a big hit and the kids all went home knowing exactly what MONSUNO toys are how fun they are!  Each of the kids got to bring home their very own MONSUNO toys and cards, so everyone went home happy(and the promised to share with their little brothers too) although, we know that probably won't happen, lol.  Now when they come over they can bring their MONSUMO toys to play with our children.

*Disclaimer - I received the party pack mentioned above, free of charge, to host and review the toys.  In no way did this alter my opinion of the toys.  All of my opinions expressed in this post are one hundred percent honest and true.*

Sounds like a great game to keep little boys busy and out of trouble for awhile.
