Twentieth Century Home Fox Presents...

GET READY FOR DANNY TREJO IN BAD ASS!

Put your kids down for a nap, get a baby sitter, or stay up after the kids go to sleep and get ready to watch one bad A** movie!   This action packed movie was actually inspired by Epic Beard Man Viral Video.  This dangerously explosive film will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on June 5th.

Danny Trejo (Machete,  "Sons of Anarchy") exploded on screen in this brutaly violent movie.  Danny Trejo plays Frank Vega a decorated Vietnam hero who takes the law into his own hands by kicking criminals butts.  When he returns home he is shunned from society with no job and his high school sweetheart.  Now fastforward forty years when he is on bus and protects an elderly black man from a pair of skin heads.  The whole thing is caught on video and soon the video goes viral for all to see!  It isn't long before people in the community begin to recognize him as  a hero.

Soon,  his world is turned upside down when his best friend is murdered and the police don't seem to be doing anything about it.  He takes the law into his own hands to fight criminals and find the one who put his friend to his death.

OUR THOUGHTS:
We put our children down to bed and busted out this awesome movie. At first I thought it might be a movie that my husband would enjoy better than me but we both actually ended up liking it very much.  It's one of those movies that makes you not want to get up because you don't want to miss a second of the movie.  While, Frank Vega looks like a super mean guy deep down he truly is a good citizen.  During this movie he saves a women from abuse, an elderly black man from a hate crime, a store owner from getting held up, and fights off the bad guys.

Frank Vegas certainly isn't a senior citizen that you would want to mess!  He's packing guns, but the only weapons he uses is his muscles.  This movie kept our attention from beginning to end and makes an excellent addition to our collection.

This movie was directed by Craig Moss.

I love movie nights! My husband and I have a movie night usually every weekend! We either watch movies from reviews i get or make it a Blockbuster night. I use to enjoy ordering pizza with our movies till i was diagnosed with gallstones and had to go on this strict diet!
