Elmo's Magic Numbers

ELMO'S MAGIC NUMBERS...

AVAILABLE ON DVD NOW!!!

Join Elmo and his friends in his newest release...Elmo's Magic Numbers!  Watch out for "Up All Night" star Will Arnett as he makes a guest appearance  in the newest Sesame Street DVD that promotes math.  This DVD provides a learning opportunity for children during the summer when they are out of school. It includes two full length episodes that will help teach your children counting, numbers, and early math skills.

In the first episode Will Arnett stars as Max the Magician, and he puts on a spectacular show for all the Sesame Street gang.  The magic show ends up teaching them match concepts.  Each of his lessons teach different math skills including addition and subtraction.    The second episode "Hat Day" features Elmo and Zoe as they participate in a hat contest to see who can wear the most hats.  As they find a winner of the contest, children are encouraged to count, estimate, and use multiples.  To add to the fun a special 15 minute  extra of “Elmo’s World” about hats is also included on the DVD.

My youngest two sons are huge fans of Elmo world so it didn't surprise me that they enjoyed this DVD!  It was nice to see them trying to count and really engaging in the learning part of the show. They especially enjoyed the magic show and were even trying to do their own magic with numbers!  It makes a great addition to their DVD collection and a great show to watch numerous times to continue learning from it. It's always nice when my children can have fun and be entertained while learning at the same time and this is exactly what happened when watching this hilarious show!

I remember my grandson a couple years ago and he couldn't talk well and always called Elmo NaNa. He loved watching Elmo.

I know he is on the new show now, but I don't think I will ever think of "Up All Night Star Will Arnett"! I hope he does something as awesome as Arrested Development again in the future! :)
