Are you a fan of Mel Gibson?  Then you will want to watch this spectacular movie starring the one and only Mel Gibson himself!  Get The Gringo arrived on DVD and Blu-ray on July 17th,  in time for summer movie fun!

After stealing money from a crime boss, and a high speed chase from the cops, Mel Gibson lands himself in a  Mexican prison.  Prison in Mexico sure isn't like prison in the US and soon he finds out!  Actually, The prison is similar to that of a small town and he is able to come and go as he pleases. It isn't long before he meets a ten year old boy and become quite close to him, and his mother.  The only problem is the young boy has a rare blood type and a Mexican crime boss in his prison needs his liver.  

Will Mel be able to save the day, and will he ever see any of his mobster money again?  I'm not going to tell you,  so your just going to have to watch for yourself!

 Our Thoughts:

I have been a fan of Mel Gibson since I was young, so it excited me that Mel Gibson starred in this movie!  Matter of fact not only did he star in it, he also wrote the script.  I knew my husband would enjoy it too,  so we watched it together over a bag of popcorn and some red licorice.  It was full of excitement, thrills, and action - as Mel has to fend off corrupt cops and  take down drug lords.  As always Mel Gibson did an excellent job acting and really kept us entertained.
