I love trying new things and I have always been a fan of bacon, but at the same times I wasn't sure what I would think of bacon being the main ingredient in desserts! I received a box full of cookies and brownies.
Both my husband and I both tried a brownie first. It looked just like a regular chocolate brownie only it was a little bit more crumbly then your average brownie. The brownie actually tasted really good, so I was excited to try the next item - a chocolate Peanutbutter Bacon cookie, which was part of a Cookie Sampler that I received. I thought they were even better than the brownie, and ended up eating two of them...sorry hubby! Then it was on to the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip CookieBacon Cookie, which tasted better than any regular oatmeal cookie I have ever ate! Last but not least was the Chocolate Bacon Cookies. They were super rich yet super chocolaty. Surprisingly, the bacon blended really well with the sweet treats! You could taste tiny pieces of it mixed in with the sweets.
In addition to yummy cookies and brownies they also offer more unusual treats such as: Bacon Marshmallow Bars, White Chocolate Bacon, Maple Bacon Blondies, and much more!
Whether your not very much of a bacon fan or not, you may just like the extraordinarily tasty treats from Baconery! Next time your thinking of purchasing something sweet think outside the box, be sure to purchase something from the Baconery. Oh, and they offer merchandise too so you may want to add a cute little Bacon Artist Pig to your order too!

I like bacon, I like cookies. Not sure if I would like them toghether. I bet the salty and sweet do taste good together though.
I am just thinking...hmmmm. Somehow this just doesn't sound right to me. I guess one never knows until they try it but I cannot imagine the combination of bacon with sweets.
Like your other posters, I like bacon, but would need to give it a try when combined with a sweet of some sort. I might be surprised, but I'm game to give it a shot. Thanks for the tip.
