I received a Thank You Gift Tower stacked with three boxes of three scrumptious sweets!  The Tower included: Cheesecake Brownies, Rugelach, and Apricot Squares.  The tower arrived wrapped in a red bow and ready to give to a lucky recipient. As many of you may know I have been on a strict gallbladder diet, but these treats tempted me so much, I had to cheat on my diet!  

Rugelach - This was my first time ever trying yet hearing about Rugelach, so I was excited to give it a try.  Each piece was cut into  small bite size squares.  Inside each Rugelach pastry was swirls of rasberry, raisins and cinnamon. I enjoyed each and every bite of the Rugelach!

Cheesecake Brownies - When I opened this box I found two layers of three brownies each. The brownies contained a thin layer of cream cheese and chocolate that sat on top a decadent brownie.  I have to say this was my overall favorite of all three of the sweets. The cream cheese blended perfectly with the brownies making them totally worth cheating on my diet.  I was surprised by how moist they were...I don't think I could ever make them that moist no matter how hard I tried!

Apricot Bars - Inside the box I found six apricot bars cut into individual squares.  I have to admit I have always loved apricots so it was no surprise that I loved the apricot bars too! I shared them with my family and they were all very impressed with the overall flavor as well.  If you are a fan of apricot and coconut, then you will flip for these delicious bars!
