I was very excited to try Bertolli's newest frozen meals. They sent me two Meal Soups: Italian Style wedding and Ricotta and Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque and two Classic Risottos: Garlic Shrimp Risotto and Roasted Chicken Risotto.
I was very impressed with the rich flavors of these meals, and how fast it was to prepare. All you do is simply open a bag, put it in a pot and place on the stove for about 12 minutes and vola.....dinner is ready!! Each Bertolli Meal Soups and Classic Risottos makes a meal for 2!

I have used Bertollis for years, but have never tried any of their soups. They sound really good.
