I recently received a set of plush toys from World Vision. They represent farm animals that are donated to children and families in need because they provide a steady flow of food and extra income. This sounds like a great way to give. I try to worthy causes when I can. Sometimes I just give to bums in the street... not money but food.
What a great cause this is, but why is it we usually only do this around Christmas. I am so guilty of that.
