Storybots is an awesome app created for kids of all ages. Storybots is a selection of fun apps and books for the iPad. The fun thing about them is that they can actually be personalized with your child's very own images and then put into the story. How cool is that, right!
I love the fact that it will even help teach your child their A-B-C's and 1-2-3's, which is perfect for my two year old and three year old sons. The coolest thing about them has to be the fact that your child can actually star in them. It doesn't surprise me that the Starring You ebooks are already a Top 10 Grossing iPad Book App (funnily enough, along with the Bible!).
What exactly are Storybots you may be wondering. Storybots are brightly colored curious little creatures who live in our iPhones, iPads, and computer screens. They make a perfect APP to entertian your child while waiting at an appointment(say for instance, at DMV), in your house, or anywhere else they may be. They include fun videos to make, watch, acitivity sheets, books to create, and even a really cool behavior game to play called Beep and Boop. This game rewards children for good behavior with beeps and takes away points for bad behavior with boops. What a great way to encourage children to be good!

The brains behind storybots are no other than Gregg Spiridellis and his brother Evan who created the company - JibJab. You may remember them from their videos that went viral like Elf Yourself, which became very popular online, being viewed over a billion times. The two brothers who have five children between the two of them created Storybots so their children could have something motivating that they could engage in.
