LOL... I am one of those old fashioned Moms too. My Daughter had to beg and beg to get her ears pierced. I told her one hole and no more.
I've never had a piercing and don't plan on it anytime soon. My wife did have her belly button done before we were married but stopped wearing jewelry in it after she had kids. I personally like the look of piercings on women especially the navel and the nose (if its done tastefully)!
My StepDaughter had her belly button pierced... not sure if she still does or not.
