First of all. the taste is amazing! Even my husband liked them and he is usually very critical and particular. The rich butterscotch flavor definitely outrides the flavor of the oatmeal although they certainly compliment each other. They are not too crunchy and not too soft, as Goldie Locks would say, they are "just right". Oh, and did I mention they were super fresh. My Hubs would love the Oatmeal Butterscotch cookies. He is trying very hard not to eat sugary treat though.
