Steps for using your Smile Brilliant Simple Package:

1. You will want to begin by removing the piece that covers the battery. You just twist it and pull to remove it.  Then you will want to remove the clear disk that is placed between both the batteries.  Place the piece back on and you will then be able to use the LED light.
2. Use the Professional Whitening Gel Pen on your teeth. I found that the first time you use it, you must crank it for a while to get the bleach out. Pay attention or too much will come out at once.
3. Immediatly after place the protective tray in your mouth so that the bleach doesn't get on your lips.
4. After that, you will place the High Intensity Ultra-Blue LED Activiting Light on the tray and place your lips over it to keep it in place.
5. Turn the light on and your teeth are on their way to getting whiter!  You can keep it in your mouth for 20-45 minutes.
6. After your done be sure to properly wash and dry the mouthpiece so it will be ready for your next use.  You may use it everyday or every other day, it will not effect cumulative whitening process.  

It should be noted that if you experience sensitive teeth or gums you should reduce your frequency of use and or time.  If you do this and you are still experiencing problems you should discontinue use.  

The system is very portable and can be taken wherever you need to bring it. For example, I recently went on a trip and I brought it with me so I could use it at the hotel. I use it when it's convenient for me, usually every day but I try to skip one or two days each week to give my gums a break.  How often you choose to use it is totally up to you.
