Museum Tour Review + Sale

*Disclaimer - I received the items mentioned below, free of charge, for review purposes. In no way did this alter my review. All of my opinions are one hundred percent honest and true.*

When shopping for Christmas gifts this holiday season you should seriously check out all of the awesome toys over at ToyMuseum.com. They offer any and everything you will need to fill Santa's gift bag with presents and your child's stocking with stocking stuffers!  Because after all, Santa needs a little bit of help every now and again! You will find that not only are their products entertaining, but also are very educational, as well. In fact, the company is the result of a former museum owner who knows first hand the importance of providing parents with fun toys that also double as learning aides.   Since parents are children's number one primary educators, these toys come in very handy with teaching and learning.

This catalog is the result of twenty-two national science centers, aquariums, and zoos who have joined together to fill the catalog with award winning products that provide a museum experience in the comfort of your very own home. When ordering at Museum Tour they basically bring the museum to you! You will find that their products are mostly all science and arts related being that they can all be found within museum gift shops. This way, you don't have to travel further than their website to order all the great items you would find in a museum gift shop!

I was recently fortunate enough to work with Museum Tour on a review of a couple of their products. Shopping on their website truly provides you with a fun and unique shopping experience because you will find uncommon toys that can't always be found at your local toy retailers. While shopping on their site, use their sidebar to find exactly what you are looking for. You will notice that it is very well organized as everything is sorted into specific categories. Below, you will learn about a couple of toys that I reviewed and perhaps get a couple ideas as far as what they offer and maybe you might even consider purchasing one for your child.

Boys will be boys and which means they like things like bugs! But they don't have to be real for them to like them! Last year my son became obsessed with Hexbugs,  so I knew upon first site that he would enjoy the Hexbugs Nano Zipline Start Set. It's a perfect set for children ages 3 years and older, and can be yours for only $19.99 when you purchase it from Museum Tour! This set includes a track, 1 Nanobug and (4) "harnesses". The extra harnesses allow you to use your other Hexbugs on the zipline too.

It was a bit challenging to set the ramp up just right, but with help from daddy it was up and ready in no time. My son puts on "bug shows", which our entire family enjoys watching. One of the things we like best about it is that it can be connected together with other Hexbug sets too. It's amazing to watch the Hexbugs scurry up the spiral ramp where it will connect to the zipline with the help of it's custom fit "harness". It blows me away how amazingly smart and informatively designed these toys are! This would make an excellent holiday gift this year.

I selected to review the Solar Rover for my oldest son because I thought it would make a great science experiment. It requires full contact light for the motor to work, but it has been cold gloomy weather lately, so we haven't yet had a chance to try it out. Once we have a sunny day we will be able to assemble the unique solar motorized modules which will be powered solely by the sun. How exciting is it that a simple recycled soda can, is able to teach your child how sunlight is converted into energy.

I have a special secret to share with you! Right now, Museum Tour has an amazing sale going on.
