SunChips Review + Recipe

*Disclaimer - I received the items mentioned below, free of charge, for review purposes. In no way did this alter my review. All of my opinions are one hundred percent honest and true.*

By now, it's no secret that I am a huge fan of Frito Lays, SunChips in particular! I love the texture and flavor of the chips, not to mention the crunch they make with each bite. I recently worked with SunChips on an exciting review of their Sweet & Spicy Barbecue flavor. I was amazed by the generous gift package that I received from them, which of course included a bag of the Sweet & Spicy Barbecue flavor.

I received a tote bag, chip bowl, tumbler, recipes, fall napkin set, and a couple bags of SunChips. The recipes look so delicious but I decided to try a recipe of my very own. Since it's fall and the weather is chilly,  I decided to whip up an easy fall time recipe that will warm you up. It's an ideal dish to serve to a large amount of guest because it is inexpensive, and very easy to make.

FRITO SUNCHIPS CHILI PIE

INGREDIENTS:
2 Bags Sun Chips (Any flavor including the Sweet & Spicy BBQ)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cans Chili w/Beans
Diced Tomatoes
Olives
Chopped Olives
Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:
In a pot combine both the cans of chili and cook until done. While your waiting on the chili to finish heating up, you can chop your onion and tomato and place in serving bowls. Also, empty the shredded cheese into an additional serving bowl. Once the chili is heated up, serve over Frito SunChips. I usually set it up buffet style so that all of my guests can make their own depending upon what topping they desire.

TIP *If you are having a party, instead of a bowl try serving them in individual bags. Simply slice the top off of the bag and fill.*

I have to admit I love the new Sweet & Spicy flavor! It's not overwhelmingly spicy, and it's not too sweet either. It features the flavors of molasses, brown sugar, and honey blended with hints of spice including many peoples favorite, chipotle!

BUY IT: You can find Frito SunChips products in the chip isle of your nearest grocery store.
