FlarePlay

*Disclaimer - I received a FlarePlay System and three free months of service, free of charge, for review purposes. In no way did this alter my review. All of my opinions expressed in this review are one-hundred percent honest and true.*

One of the things on most children's wish lists this Christmas is video gaming systems and video games. This means a lot of fun for them,  but a lot of money out of your pocket for you.  I mean, once you purchase the game system, your still going to have to purchase games, which can become very costly.  What if I told you that you don't have to spend very much money to provide your children with all the fun of regular video game systems.  Well, that's exactly what I am telling you because when you subscribe to FlarePlay, you will pay monthly to have access to over 100 video games. Plus, If you purchase during this December, you can partake in an amazing offer this holiday season!

One of my favorite benefits about FlarePlay is that you do not have to worry about game consoles, nor do you have to worry about disks. You see, FlarePlay instantly delivers video games straight to your television, so you only use the micro-console and the controller. In fact, FlarePlay is very similar to Net Flix, except for the fact that it delivers video games, instead of movies. FlarePlay offers over 100 video game selection and each month they add new games, so your child will never get bored with the games. This means you will receive tons of titles for less than the cost of one traditional video game. How cool is that, right!

Right now, FlarePlay has a spectacular deal going on, that you won't want to miss out on! Usually, the microconsole alone will cost you $99.00, but with this deal you will receive a FREE microconsole when you purchase three months for only $30.00*.  Be sure to sign up for this breath-taking deal right HERE. This offer will expire on December 31, 2013, so hurry up and sign up before it's too late.

OUR REVIEW:
Being that we have three sons, you can imagine how much video game playing goes on in our household.  I have to admit, it's not just our three son's, it's my husband too!  With our three son's and my husband, that makes four video game fanatics that live in our household.  It also means we spend a lot of money on video games, so I was excited when I learned our family would have a chance to try Flare Play.  We received a FlarePlay system, as well as a free three month membership.

You may be wondering exactly what is included in the FlarePlay pack.  Well, check it out, below.

The FlarePlay system includes:
  • Microconsole
  • Controller
  • Cables
  • Optional Power Adapter
  • Instructions
Our first attempt at logging into the system was a fail, due to my old TV that does not work properly. I am not that great when it comes to electronics, so I let my husband set it up.  It turns out, I could have done it myself, in the blink of an eye because it only took took a few minutes to set it up. My husband simply plugged it into the back of our TV,  connected to our home-wifi,  and within no time it was ready for some video playing action!  Our sons sat anxiously awaiting to try it out, so as soon as it was set up, he let them take turns playing. Each one of my children have very different personalities, so each of my children's likes and dislikes are very different, even when it comes to video games, so they all selected different games.  My oldest son really enjoyed playing the arcade games, while my two youngest enjoyed playing the character based games.

Personally, I haven't played video games since I was a teenage girl, but being that they offer so many different games, I decided to give it a try.  I forgot how much fun playing video games could be, especially now, that I was able to use the FlarePlay!  Being that  everyone else had their turn, I finally let my husband have a little Flare Play fun.  He really enjoyed playing the sports and actions games, which didn't surprise me one bit because that's typically his two interests.

Compared to other systems, we prefer FlarePlay, based on many reasons including:
  • It requires no disks which means you never have to worry about purchasing expensive disks, nor do you have to worry about them getting scratched. You don't have to bother with storing them, either.
  • The microsystem is very tiny, so you do not have to worry about having to use a bulky system.
  • There's a lot of games to choose from, so our entire family can use the system.
  • It's very inexpensive
The FlarePlay would make an excellent gift for any family this holiday season.  Be sure to sign up now, so you can take part in this amazing deal!

Now I like this and it could really save lots of money and the kids could still have fun playing their games. My nephew has been apprehensive about buying a gaming system for his 2 children until they become more responsible. This would be great and no worries for him

Great Idea!! It would also help to find out if you like a game enough to purchase it. I know I have bought games and hated them... such a waste of money.

I love the idea of this. We have an older Wii, but I don't buy games for it anymore because my boys have hand held devices that they prefer. I would totally try this, though.

I really wish this had been around when it seemed I was spending my life in the Game stores buying games (or the consoles) for my friends son!! It would have saved me a heap of money and them as well!!

As my son gets a little older, I will have to look into this. I would hate for him to play with the expensive equipment and break it. We need to start a little cheaper!

This looks like so much fun for the whole family. I like that the video games are delivered right to your television and that it is more cost effective. My boys love video games so they would love this.

Sounds like something my brother and I would have loved when we were kids! I remember begging our mom for new games. Poor mom! LOL

I will have to check this out for the kids. They would spend hours playing if I would let them. They are limited to 3 minutes a day only after they have been active enough though.

For some reason both my girls are not into video games. We have Wii and they hardly play on it. FlarePlay sounds like an awesome service for gamers and I think my DH would love it.

This sounds like a real winner. I would love the fact that you don't have to deal with the actual games and worrying about them breaking.
