FOX - Devil's Due

*Disclaimer - I received the Blu-ray copy mentioned below, free of charge, for review purposes. In no way did this alter my review.  All of my opinions expressed in this review are one-hundred percent honest and true.*

After watching several exciting previews on TV and not making it to the theater in time, I was excited to review Devil's Due on Blu-ray.  One of my favorite movie genres is scary movies and has been since I was only five years old.  I mean, what's better than movie night with popcorn and a scary movie.  Not much, in my book anyways!  If you love scary movies, than Devil's Due is a must watch!

Get ready for an edge of your seat thriller as you watch Devil's Due!  When a young couple recently marry and travel to the Dominican Republic for their honeymoon they soon find themselves in trouble. After a night of partying they wake up with no memory of the night before. Soon after the honeymoon Sam discovers she is pregnant despite the fact that she insists she never missed a birth control pill the month before.  After being told the baby is healthy, her pregnancy doesn't seem as healthy as she begins to experience cravings for raw meat, unexplained rage, and many more odd symptoms.

As unexplainable symptoms persist, Sam becomes increasingly uncomfortable with her pregnancy and begins to question it.  The Dr. monitors her on a special surveillance camera in her household, out of precaution as he fears Sam will harm the baby.  As they begin to recognize certain people, and people watching them, the situations begin to escalate and so does the thrill of the movie.

I really enjoyed the ending of the movie, which leaves an option for movie number two, hopefully in the future.

I am iffy about scary movies. Sometimes I love them & sometimes I just don't care for them. This one does sound interesting though :P

My nephew loves scary movies, so this would be right up his alley.

I don't watch scary movies - I'm a big chicken. I think I would not be able to sleep at night if I saw this!

This is my first time hearing about it. No big surprise though, I'm always a few steps behind on these things. :)

My best friend may get into this one but scary movies I have always avoided, never really cared for them.

This movie looks really creepy. I love horror movies so I would definitely watch this in our home, without the kiddies of course.
