This cute book is written by Erika Engebretson and creatively illustrated by Peng Wu. Ericka Engebretson lives with her husband and two daughters in San Jose California. She dedicates this book to her first cat named "Pounce", which the book is based upon. My kids loved the bright colorful pictures. They also enjoyed the page where they were able to learn how to pounce like a cat. My two year old and one year old were trying to pounce on the floor like the cat, it was so cute! It definitely makes a great addition to our library of fun children's books.
