Sadly a good friend of mine lost her battle with cancer yesterday morning. Not only was she battling a long road of breast cancer, but also lung cancer. She recently suffered a stroke and was trying to recover from that when she was stricken with pneumonia. And then blood clots began to become a problem and her lungs began to give out. It is unfortanate that so many people lose their lives to cancer and it seems like these days there are so many different forms of cancer out there.
Sheree Newman Jones had a great personality, was very humorous, and had a awesome outlook on life. She was a mother, aunt, sister, daughter, girlfriend, and a good friend of mine. Sheree was a strong woman, maybe even almost as strong as superman, whom she was very fond of :) She may be gone but she will never be forgotten.
I just want to take a moment to remind everyone how precious life is. What you have one day might not be there the next so never take a day for granted.
