Summer begins today, which means it is time for sunscreen, swimming, ice cold lemonade, and Ice Pops of course! Ice pops can be enjoyed by children and adults alike and are a lot of fun to make and eat. I usually make the plain old Kool-Aid pops...you know the ones you make in an ice cube tray and stick toothpicks in. Yes, I know they are not the ideal ice pops, but my children love them never the less. But now, I don't have to mess with making those plain old ice pops because I have an entire recipe book filled with yummy ice pop recipes!

Irresistible Ice Pops is a hard back book that is packed full of pleasing ice pop recipes. It offers some great techniques, tips, and ideas weather you are a beginner or more experienced at making ice pops!
