The person behind this lovely site is Julie Krewina, a women who's passion lays in creativity, including of course, baking! She grew up baking with her family members whose recipes later ended up in her online Etsy shop, available for everyone to enjoy. Jewel of the Lion offers a variety of flavors that are sure to fufil your sweet tooth!

A great place to find unique gifts is on Etsy.com. Sure, you can purchase fudge at the store, but not the fudge you will find on Jewel of the Lion! That is why I love the Jewel of the Lion Etsy Shop! In addition to their delicious selection of fresh breads including their famous Aunt Helen's Pumpkin Bread, they also offer cookies and fudge flavors of all types. And when I say, all types, I mean all types!  

On Jewel of the Lion you will find the most delicious yet unique flavors of fudge, ever! Flavors like Creme Brulee, White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl, will tantalize your palette, while flavors like Elvis Pie and Mudslide will have you wondering which flavors she will come out with next!  I was lucky enough to get to select several flavors to try, and I have to admit I was very excited. The thought alone of fudge excites me,  but being presented with so many flavors really moves my excitement to an entire new level.

Selecting a flavor on Jewel of the Lion is so hard, not because their flavors don't sound good,  but quite to the contrary - all of their flavors sound so delicious! I ended up selecting four fudge flavors including: Pumpkin, Rocky Road, Lemon Cheesecake, and Carrot Cake. Check out what I thought about each of the flavors, below.

1. PUMPKIN - Just the perfect flavor for the Fall! This amazing fudge flavor includes just the perfect amount of spices, that paired with it's smooth texture makes it absolutely perfect!

2. ROCKY ROAD - I chose this flavor so I could sample one of her more common flavors. I have to admit, this flavor ended up being my absolute favorite. It included generous amounts of marshmallows, the perfect amount of walnuts, and mouth watering semi-sweet chocolate. 

3. LEMON CHEESECAKE - I love Lemon Cheesecake, so I couldn't wait to try the fudge flavor.  I fact that it included a graham cracker crust really set this fudge over the top. It's rich without being too rich. 

4. CARROT CAKE - All this yumminess of carrot cake, but more! This fudge includes shredded carrots, spices, just the right amount of walnuts and is topped off with a heavenly layer of cheesecake fudge! All I can say is MMMM!

All of the fudge arrived in a vacuum sealed pouch and then placed in a bag, tied with a ribbon and tag. Because of this,  the fudge stays very fresh. After opening, be sure to keep the fudge refrigerated to keep it fresh and so that it keeps it's shape. You will find that a little bit goes a long way because the fudge is very rich, so there's plenty to share with your family so that everyone can enjoy it.
