OUR THOUGHTS:
As a mother, the thing I can definitely appreciate about Learning Journey is the fact that they not only offer fun toys, but toys that actually have an educational value. Who says learning has to be boring, especially when your playing with toys from Learning Journey. Learning Journey specifically chose two toys for our family to review, based upon my children's ages. As you may know my children range in age from 1 year old to ten years old.
The first item I would like to talk about is the Smart Pal Panda we received for my one year old daughter. This is part of their collection of electronic toys. This cute little panda features a plush head, arms, and legs, while it's chest is made out of hard plastic. It features three buttons in various shapes including a heart, star, and circle. Once pressed, they light up and play cheerful melodies and sounds. My daughter loves giving her little panda pal lots of lovins, not to mention lots of attention interacting with it. She sways her shoulders back and forth to the melody.
The second item we receive is more geared towards our nine year old son. The Marble Mania Vortex 2.0 is just one of four exciting series, all of which are interchangeable. My son had so much fun building his masterpiece and then afterward launching his marbles through the course. He especially was excited by the fact that some of the pieces and marbles actually glow in the dark! With fun sounds, colors, 3-d connectors, and lots of glow in the dark action, who wouldn't love this toy!
