I was giddy at the thought of reviewing one of their awesome flavors of peanut butter because I love things with extra flavor.  Peanut Butter & Co generously provided me with two jars of my choice,  which just so happened to be the White Chocolate Wonderful!  The Cinnamon Raisin Swirl also caught my eye,  but I knew once I saw the White Chocolate Wonderful that is was a flavor I would  l-o-v-e,  and I was so right!  Once the jars arrived I opened them up right up to give em a little sniff test.  They smelled a lot like peanut butter,  but there was a hint of white chocolate that I could immediately make out. 

I stared at the jars thinking of all the possibilities I could use them on.  Fruit ran though my mind,  I could totally see myself covering a banana in White Chocolate Wonderful and then rolling it in granola.  I also thought it would be great to take two cookies and spread the White Chocolate Wonderful between the two cookies,  making a tasty cookie sandwich,  and it would make a great addition to any peanut butter cookie recipe.   But,  the best idea I came up with was what I like to call the Cinna White Delight sandwich. 

Cinna White Delight Sandwich

Ingredients:
*2 slices of Cinnamon Raisin Bread
*2 teaspoons of White Chocolate Wonderful
*Sliced banana(if desired)

Directions:
*Toast your slices of Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
*Spread desired amount of White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter between the slices of your Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
*Add slices of bananas in between,  if you wish.


The White Chocolate Wonderful was everything I expected and more.  The peanut butter is smooth which allows it to spread easily on my sandwich.  I have always been a huge fan of white chocolate and the White Chocolate Wonderful certainly fits in with my huge obsession with white chocolate! Peanut Butter & Co amazing flavors puts a unique twist on regular everyday peanut butter and that is what I like best about it!  If you purchase the White Chocolate Wonderful it will take your palette on a flavorful journey as you experience the delightful flavor!
