Dora DVD Set

How many little girls out there enjoy watching Dora?  It's likely that if you have a daughter she loves watching Dora.  The Cartoon series Dora has been entertaining children since 2000 when the series first aired.  This series features an 8 year old adventurous girl by the name of Dora.  In each episode she goes on a trip in order to find something or help somebody.  Dora engages her audience by asking them to help her find new ways to reach places with help of the map.  One of the best things about this series is that she teaches short words and phrases in Spanish to help children learn simple spanish words and expand their vocabulary.

I was lucky enough to recieve Dora the Explorer: Dora Celebrates Three-Pack on DVD.  This fun trio comes with three entertaining DVD's including:
  1. Dora's Christmas
  2. Dora's Halloween
  3. Dora's Big Birthday Adventure

Dora's Christmas comes with four fun episodes including:
~A Present for Santa - This happens to be my childrens favorite episode because Dora and Boots head to the North Pole to deliver a special gift to Santa himself.
~Rapido Tico - After recieving a empty package in the mail,  Boots and Dora travel to the snowy mountain to find the toy fire truck that was spose to be in the empty box he received.  In this episode they have to race against time so the sneaky fox finds the gift.
~School Pet - When the school pet goes missing Dora and Boots save the pet which is a hamster by the name of Mimo.
~Quack Quack - This imaginative episode takes Dora and Boots into a coloring book.  It all begins when Dora and Boots are coloring a picture of Mami Duck and and her eggs when the coloring book comes to life.  Dora and Boots must bring the newly hatched baby duck back home to Mami.

Dora The Explorer: Dora's Halloween Includes:
~Boo! - It's Halloween and Dora and Boots are out and about trick or treating when they are suddenly surprised by a cute little monster.
~The Missing Piece - Dora and Boots meet a wizard who is missing his magic wand.  They set off to find the wand so he can continue to perform his magic.
~To The Monkey Bars - Dora and Boots go to the park so that Dora can try to climb all the way across the monkey bars.
~The Big Storm - As a big storm approaches Dora and Boots set off to warn all of their forest friends to get home before it starts raining.

Dora The Explorer: Dora's Big Birthday Adventure(Double Length Episode):
~Dora's Big Happy Birthday Adventure - A Big Happy Birthday to Dora herself!  Dora and Boots really need to get home to her birthday party to meet all her friends and family but before they can jump out of the magic storybook a twisty wind scoops them up and blows them into Wizzle World.
