Cake Pop My Heart Review + Giveaway

Question: What are Cake Pops?
Answer: Cake Pops are finely crumbled baked cake mixed with frosting and then dipped in chocolate and placed on a stick. They are super moist,  super delicious,  and in my opinion much better than regular cake!

More than likely by now you have tried cakes pops,  if not heard of them(especially after reading the above question and answer),  and you probably know there is a bunch of cake pop sites on the web,  but I bet you don't know about Cake Pop My Heart!  What makes Cake Pop My Heart stand out from all the other cake pop sites is the fact that their cake pops are not only out of this delicious,  but also the most creative ones you will find.  I mean Cake Pop My Heart makes anything from peacock feather cake pops to sushi.  Basically,  if you can think it up she can make it,  that is why she offers custom cake pops.  That's right,  any character,  any theme,  in any color of shape,  she can do it and matter of fact it just so happens to be her favorite kind of order!  Oh,  and it is NEVER been done,  no problem...she can do that too!

Just take a look at her site and I am sure you will be impressed as I am!  I know first hand just how talented she is and just how delicious her cake pops are because this is my third time collaborating with her on a review.  Each time she surprises me with her amazing creativity as her cake pops are so unique.  Actually,  each cake pop has it's own little personality and uniqueness - no two cake pops are exactly the same!

If you haven't heard of Cake Pop My Heart in the past that is probably because it is a brand new site.  Before Cake Pop My Heart opened their online site they could be found on Etsy.  The Etsy shop did so well (and I must say I am not surprised),  she decided to open up her own online site so Cake Pop My Heart was born!

Recently Cake Pop My Heart was kind enough to send me a lovely assortment of 14 Valentine's Day themed cake pops in various colors,  shapes, and characters.  Her creativity is used when decorating the cake pops as she uses different icings, shaped sprinkles, and various types of candy to create perfect cake pops!   The flavor of each cake pop just so happened to be a  fun surprise, as I was not aware of the flavors until I bit down into each one. And no,  of course I didn't eat them all, I had help from my three sons, husband,  mother,  and brother!

In all I received a total of 14 cake pops which included the following: Conversation Hearts, Heart Characters, Valentine Monster Characters, Cupcakes, Strawberries, Love Bugs(lady Bug), Valentine's Decorated, and Frogs.  My overall favorite was the frog cake pop which had a green body,  M&M's were used as hands and feet,  the eyes were made out of what looked like to be white sixlets,  the pupils were heart shaped sprinkles and the heart in the middle was a conversation heart.  Inside was delicious moist vanilla cake.  I was impressed with how she used all the different types of candy,  like the antennas on the monsters that were made out of liqorish and heart sprinkles at the tips or the lady bug's face that was made out of a Junior Mint,  which by the way mixed perfectly with the chocolate cake.  The flavors were all very good although my favorite was the vanilla,  but I also received Chocolate,  Red Velvet,  Strawberry,  and Vanilla.  She also offers many more flavors including icings as well,  to view her entire selection be sure to visit Cake Pop My Heart.

As you think about Valentine's Day gifts this year you may want to  consider replacing a dozen roses with a dozen cake pops for a very unique gift!  And you could get even more creative with a dozen rose shaped cake pops!  They also make a excellent treats for parties such as upcoming Valentine's Day parties and in particular birthday parties because you can by pass having to use cutlery, plates,  and best of all you won't have a mess to clean up.
