Butt Naked Baby

Butt Naked Baby offers a line of organic skin care for babies that are enriched with their signature blend of white tea,  green tea,  and calendula.  Their gentle baby skin care products are perfect for babies with sensitive skin,  as they are made with natural ingredients.  They are gentle enough to use on a newborns skin,  which is perfect for our family.  When our sons were newborns they always suffered from sensitive skin,  and it seems like most products broke their skin out.  I used a couple of their products on my one year old,  and it did not irritate his skin at all!

Butt Naked Baby sent me a bottle of their Gentle Shampoo,  and a bottle of their Calming Cleaner.  It had a very light pleasant scent that left my sons hair and body smelling squeaky clean.  To me,  the scent was allot like a spa type of scent.   The cleanser really helped calm and relax him.  I found that if I give him his bath,  right before putting him down to sleep,  he drifts to sleep easily,  and gets a goods night sleep.

The shampoo was very gentle on his hair,  as I massaged it onto his scalp.  You can purchase a bottle of their shampoo or a bottle of their Cleanser for $12.99.  All of Butt Naked Baby products are mellow,  light,  and soothing.  You can purchase Butt Naked Baby products on their online site,  or at your local Target or Babies R Us.  You may want to follow Butt Naked Baby on their Twitter page or Facebook fan page,  for their latest news and promotions.

Suuthe

If you knew my family you would know that they deal with dry skin problems.  All three of my sons inherited their dry skin from my husband,  who also deals with dry skin issues.  I instantly became interested in a site called Suuthe,  because they offer natural skin relief products for damaged skin.  I love the fact that their products are baby safe,  so I can even use them on my little ones most sensitive skin.  Their skin relief products are anti- inflammatory,  anti-fungal,  anti-bacterial,  anti-microbrial,  and aroma therapeutic.

I was extemely surprised by all the skin related issues that Suuthe skin repair products can help.  Here is a list of just some of the issues that their skin repair products can help with:
  • Diaper Rash
  • Psoriasis
  • Eczema
  • Sunburn
  • Bumps and Bruises
  • Stings and Insect Bites
  • Chapped Lips
  • Acne
  • And Many More!!!
Suuthe sent me two of their skin care products to review.  They sent me a tube of their wonderful Soothing Lip Balm along with a jar of their skin repair.  I love the shape of the tube,  which is more oval shaped rather than round.   The soothing lip balm easily fits into my purse,  so I can take it with me anywhere I go!  I have a problem with cold sores,  so as soon as I felt one coming on I put it on and it really helped soothe my lips.  You can purchase a tube of soothing lip balm by Suuthe for only $4.50.

Suuthe Lip Balm comes in three different wonderful scents:
  1. Original
  2. Peppermint
  3. Unscented

Suuthe also sent me a small jar of their Skin Repair.  Their skin repair is made up of a blend of natures most healing ingredients.  Some of the ingredients include:  Pure Emu Oil,  Shea Butter,  Organic Olive Oil, and Bees Wax.  Suuthe Skin Repair comes in two different convenient sizes:  Small-$22.00 and Large-$38.00.  I think it is a great value because you can use it for so many different skin issues.  It can be kept in your diaper bag to help with diaper rash,  Baby Skin Issues,  Allergy Rash,  and even Fungal Diaper Rash.

ChopSaver Natural Lip Balm

ChopSaver was started back in 2004 when Dan Gosling heard that his friend has treated a severe lip injury with a herb called  arnica Montana.  He has been a professional Trumpet player for many years so he is overly familiar with chapping,  swelling and soreness of the lips.  He decided to create a product that would help soothe sore lips and keep them feeling their best so he came up with ChopSaver!  ChopSaver is an 100% all natural lip balm that contains Shea Butter,  Mango Butter ,Aloe,  Vitamin E,  Avocado,  Ginger,  Citrus Oils and some other healing ingredients.   It's secret mixture of herbs help heal and reduce swelling with a clean smelling scent.

This is not your average lip balm!  ChopSaver is made using only the highest quality all natural ingredients which costs more than the usual lip balm.  Regular lip balms are nothing when compared to ChopSaver  lip balms.  They contain ingredients that the other brands just don't offer in their lip balms that is why it is priced slightly higher than the regular types of lip balm.  You can order ChopSaver Lip Balms on their Web Site or at music and specialty stores across the country.

I really liked the feel of the lip balm when i put it on my lips and rubbed them together.  It isn't greasy or overly waxy like some other lip balm brands.  It glided across my lips smoothly and didn't have to constantly be reapplied.  ChopSaver sent me two lip balms to try,  one of their ChopSaver Gold and their regular ChopSaver.  ChopSaver Gold contains a SPF which makes it perfect to wear during the day and the ChopSaver for musicians with lips is great to wear to bed at night.

I really like the way the lip balm leaves my lips feeling soft and lubricated.  ChopSaver really helps protect my lips on cold days when they are vulnerable to the weather and can chap easily.  I just slather some ChopSaver Lip Balm on and relax.  I don't have to worry about sore,  dry,  cracked lips just as long as i use ChopSaver Lip Balm.  It has a nice light fragrance that is not overbearing or too strongly scented it actually smells fresh and leaves my lips feeling fresh at the same time!  I would definitely recommend using ChopSaver Lip Balms to anyone that wants to keep their lips protected and soothed.

*Disclaimer-  ChopSaver sent me a couple of their products to possibly review.  In no way did this alter my opinion of their products.  All of my opinions are one hundred percent honest and true.*

Enjoy all the Aroma of Baked Apples with Cinnamon

While recently out grocery shopping at my local store i came across a box of Lipton Herbal Cinnamon Apple Tea.  It was one of the cheapest teas they had to offer at only $2.15 a box, but it sounded so good,  i decided to try it out.  I do not mind buying grocery store tea as i like all different types and brands of tea.  As soon as i got home i decided to give it a whirl.  When i opened the box and pulled out a tea bag i noticed it was packaged nicely with the tea bag string wrapped around it.  I immediately was overcome with the pleasant scent or Warm apples and cinnamon.  It reminded me of a apple pie and made my taste buds tingle.
I added just a couple teaspoons of sugar and a hint of honey.  As soon as i tried the tea it became an instant favorite in my house.  It combines just the right amount of cinnamon and apples to provide a sweet and Delicious taste.  The best part is it is all natural and contains no preservatives or coloring.   I also like the fact that it is caffeine free so it is perfect to drink just before bedtime.  It is also a great way to hydrate yourself.
Each box contains twenty servings and no calories.  Lipton Cinnamon Apple Tea contains the following ingredients:  Cinnamon,  Hibiscus Flowers,  Chamomile Flowers,  Roasted Chicory Root,  Allspice,  Orange Peel,  Roasted Carob,  Natural Flavors and Soy Lecithin.  It can also be found  in a Lipton Herbal Tea Collection that includes:  Orange,  peppermint,  Quietly Chamomile,  Ginger Twist,  Lemon,  and Apple Cinnamon.  For Hot Tea Preparation: Pour boiling water over tea bags.  Brew 4-6 minutes based on desired amount of strength.  Sweeten to taste using sugar or honey.  Visit http://lipton.com/ to learn more about their products.

Vintage Bakeshop

Vintage Bakeshop is a wonderful site that offers all natural baking mix favors for Weddings, Baby Showers,  Children and the Holidays.  The best thing about these favors is that they can be customized with your personal information.  You can choose the favor box, Custom Stylish Design Label and the coordinating ribbon.  Along with my Group i reviewed the Vanilla Cupcake mix and the Ginger Spice mix.  My favorite was the Ginger Spice Mix.  I knew it would be my favorite before i opened it because the scent was escaping from the box and it smelled so good!  The Ginger Spice cupcake offered me just enough spice and flavor without over doing it.  The vanilla Cupcake mix was also good but tasted more like a traditional flavor.
Each mix makes one dozen cupcakes.  They are sold in sets of twelve and cost five dollars each.  The cupcake mixes come in six different gourmet flavors that include: Vanilla,  Chocolate,  Ginger Spice,  Red Velvet, Chocolate Mint, and Champagne.  I did not try the Chocolate Mint or the Champagne but they sound delicious!   They also offer Whoopie Pie mixes.  I am sure guests would be delighted to receive one of these as a favor at your next party so go check out there site at http://www.vintagebakeshop.com/index.html
