Holidays, Get Togethers, Viruses and Lack of Posts Lately...

Well...sorry for the lack of posts but our family was struck with a bug then another bug and then the holidays and you know how that goes!  Spent a lot of time wrapping gifts,  shopping, baking and going to get togethers and Birthday parties!  My sons Birthday is on Christmas and a couple of other birthdays in the family!  We spent Christmas Eve at my sisters house and then went to a get together at my in laws that was fabulous!  There food was out of this world!  I just love soul food and i dont always get the chance to eat homemade soul food so when the chance arrises i take it for sure!  It's always nice to visit with the inlaws and neices and nephews that i rarely see too! My kids opened their gifts on Christmas morning and then we spent the day at a get together at my parents house.  We also celebrated my sons party and had a cupcake cake for him.  I will soon be posting some reviews and even a couple more giveaways.  I did not get my Christmas tree up this year so excuse the little tree...hahaha!
