This Chick Bakes definitely bakes, and not just anything - scrumptious treats that will leave your mouth watering for more!  Jen Houston and Charley Tucker have been creating delicious treats since 2003.  You can appreciate the fact that they use no Trans-fats, artificial flavors, or preservitives in any of their products. This Chick Bakes  uses fresh ground peanut butter, Callibaut & guittard chocolates, organic teas, and pure extracts.

MY THOUGHTS:
Upon first glace I really liked the cute style of their website that matched the cute name of their company - "This Chick Bakes", Don't you just love it!  Love it, then your really going to love what they bake!  Their wide variety of cookies and bars come in classic and unique flavors that I am sure you will enjoy. 

 I had a chance to select a few items that I would like to receive, so I chose a few items that stood out to me the most. Below, you will find out what I thought about each item.

Peanut Butter Blast - I was most excited about trying this item. Basically it's a chocolate chip cookie at the bottom, peanut butter on top of the cookie, and then topped with chocolate on top.  Basically, it's like a peanut butter cup, only with a cookie on the bottom.  This is really a peanut butter cup lovers dream!  It's super sweet though, so if you have a sweet tooth, this one is for you.

Walnut Fudge Brownie - I am a huge brownie lover, so it didn't surprise me that this was my favorite of all the items! The brownie wasn't too sweet and the walnuts complimented it well.  The walnuts might be better if they were chopped up and baked inside the brownies, but never the less they gave them added flavor and went well with the chocolate brownies. They were super moist, just how I like them.

Caffe Latte Cookie - I chose this because I love lattes and to be honest I thought it was very unique, plus half of it is covered in white chocolate and I love white chocolate!  And... did I mention it's dusted in espresso and cocoa sugar! 

Vegan Ginger Molasses Cookie - It may be vegan, but it sure doesn't taste like it.  This cookie is packed full of lots of ginger and tasty spices.
