Sentry Safe Live Burn + Giveaway

One of the things people seek the most in life is to feel safe.  Luckily,  Scentry Safe helps you do just that by protecting some of your most valuable possessions.  You can rest assure that everything from your cash, to your electronics, and everything you in between,  is safely guarded when you purchase a safe from Sentry Safe.  You can also rest assure that your dealing with a very trusted family-owned business that has spanned over three generations and 80 years.  It's no wonder why they are the world leaders in security containers.

When purchasing a safe, the first thing you want to ask yourself is "what am I looking to protect?" This will decipher which type of safe you need to purchase.  Whether it be jewelery, cash, documents, or even your camera, you are going to have to select a safe that will accommodate everything that you need to protect.  If you own a business, you will find that they also offer many great options for protecting your belongings in your office/business.

Recently, Sentry Safe was kind enough to provide me with a safe for review.  And, it just so happens to be the same model that is being featured in their Live Burn..... And, in addition to their mega giveaway, they are also offering the same safe for giveaway on my blog. How awesome is that, right!

Now,  back to the Live Burn Event.  On August 11th, Sentry Safe is stuffing $1,000 in their fire safe resistant and burning it!  And, the best part is everyone will be able to see it on a live feed on their website!  To enter their giveaway simply follow along on Twitter during the Live Burn using hashtag #safeinafire for a chance to win the money in the safe and other great prizes!

I received the same model as used during the demonstration to review.  The Combination-Fire Safe has many great features, one of the most valuable being that it protects against fire, 1 hour at 1700˚F/927˚C), to be exact.  But, don't take my word for it, watch the Live Burn to find out for yourself!

The Combination-Fire Safe Features:

  • Protection against documents, digital media, and many other very important valuables.
  • A hinge bar and 60 percent larger bolts than most safe provides additional security against theft
  • Mechanical combination lock
  • A Multi-Position shelf to allow easy organization
  • Key rack, door tray, and door pocket for small easy-to-misplace items.
  • And many other great features!
To take one step further against the security of your safe you have the option to bolt it down, to protect against unauthorized removal. You can purchase a bolt it down kit, if you wish.

I decided to let my husband take over our other safe, so I claimed this one as my own.  I keep my jewelry, all of our important documents in it, as well as other odds and ends that I want to keep safe.  The shelve allows me to keep it neatly organized and key rack allows the perfect place to store my keys.  Thanks to Sentry Safe, our family is even more protected!

WIN IT: Thanks to Sentry Safe, one of my very lucky readers is going to receive a safe of their very own!

Right now I live in a house with quite a few people, (we are in the process of moving) so the lack of privacy is insane. I am on a certain medication that people love to take recreationally and that is such a HUGE pain. I have to hide not only my medicine, but my money. (the reason we are moving out) So it would be absolutely amazing to have to not carry my purse everywhere - EVEN the bathroom. Its so weird how a little bit of privacy makes life so much easier.
