My Latest Deals and Finds while Shopping

So i have been getting my Christmas shopping done here and there and i am still not finished.  And im scared to think that i havent even wrapped one gift yet!  I have so much to do and so little time! I will share with you the deals i got while out and about shopping over the weekend.
My first stop was Kohls,  where i found some great deals on Christmas items.  Alot of the Christmas products were discounted so i couldnt pass them up.  Below is my Christmas bargains from Kohl's

I just love the Cupcake Candle Holder.  I also thought the initial candle was cute as well.  They were 70% off the original price which was $10.00 so i picked them up for only $3 each.  I originally went to Kohl's because i saw a blog post about a cute pair of Toddler Chuck Taylors with Dr. Suess One Fish, Two Fish theme on them.  I luckily found my sons size which is an eight right now.  Here is a picture of the adorable shoes that were on sale for $23.99...

When i checked out the woman at the register let me help myself to as many FREE boxes that i wanted so i grabbed about eight of them.  After leaving Kohl's i was on my way to The Childrens Place where i found this awesome shirt...

I fell in love with this shirt from the Children's Place.  This shirt screams "too cool for school".  It only cost $7.50, it wasnt on sale but its so cute, how could i pass it up.  I spent the next twenty minutes looking all over the store for a couple more but it turned out to be a older style and was the last one left.  That was a bummer because i wanted to purchase them for my youngest son and my nephew.  Oh well, i was off to the next store which turned out to be Bed,  Bath and Beyond which yielded a dollar deal.  They had scented hand soaps for only $1.  My favorite is sugar vanilla so i picked up a couple to throw in gift bags with other gifts.  I also picked up a fresh cotton scented one as i loved the scent!  After that i headed to Target where i was hoping to pick up a few deals from the dollar bins but arrived there and was dissapointed when i saw some $5 stuffed animals in the bins and barely any dollar deals.  Oh well...i noticed a sale on womens gloves, a two pair pack for only $1.  They had a wide selection of colors but i went with a basic black with stitching on them.  These make great "extra" gifts to throw in a bag.  Below is a picture of the gloves from Target and the hand soap from Bed, Bath and Beyond
Last but not least i headed to Old Navy.  I saw some great deals advertised in my local Sunday paper so i wanted to check them out.  Like usual...they were out of alot of the styles and prints in the sales ad but i was lucky to find some great bargains there.  Right now they have some great bargains for only $5.  Here is what i purchased:

The PJ bottoms at the top of the picture only cost me $5 each so i had to pick up a couple.  The Old Navy shirt only cost $5 as well.  Below the shirt is a shirt i picked up for my youngest son on clearance for only $2.47.  To the side of it is an adorable long sleeve Christmas shirt for little girls that only cost me $1.99 so i picked up a couple for my nieces.  The Old Navy Fleece at the bottom of the picture only cost me $5 which is such a good deal.  To the side of it is a few pair of Old Navy boxers which only ran me $2.50 each.  I also used a 30% off an item coupon that i found on the sales ad which saved me about a buck or so.  All together i only paid $36, now thats a deal!

Last Weekend Deals at Rite Aid and Big Lots

This past weekend while i was browsing through sales papers,  i noticed a sock monkey in the Rite Aid paper.  I decided to go check it out and was on my way!  I found it in the Holiday Gift aisle for only $5!  I have been looking for a sock monkey for my middle son so i was very pleased to find it at such a reasonable price.  They also had a striped pink one for girls.  I would have liked a striped blue one but all i saw was this design and the pink striped design.  They also had a bigger sock monkey in different designs for only ten dollars.  The second great deal i found was a 50 in wide x 60 in Fleece throw for only $2.99.  I figured it would make a good gift for one of my nephews or who ever!  It makes a great gift for almost anyone because every one likes a throw blanket!  They had many different styles too so there is a great selection of patterns.  My third deal was a nice cozy pair of slipper socks that i picked up for only $1.  They feel so thick and comfy,  they were definitely a steal for only a buck!  These would make a great stocking stuffer or accompanying gift.  My forth deal was a Snowman Foam Craft kit which only cost me a buck.  I figured my boys would have fun making this Christmas project and for a buck,  who can beat it!  So all together with tax it cost me a little over ten dollars...now that was a bargain.
So after i was done at Rite Aid i headed over to Big Lots,  hoping to find some great deals and i did!  The first bargain i found was Holiday Cookie Mix Kits which were available in Gingerbread and Hot Cocoa.  The Gingerbread cookie mix even comes with a mini Gingerbread cookie cutter.  Each mix  makes 18-24 cookies each.  I bought a couple of them for extra gifts to have on hand.  The best part...they only cost $2 each!  Wow...you cant even find that kind of deal at Wal-Mart!  While there i also came upon a lemon meringue soap bar for a buck!  I could smell the lemon scent escaping from the box so i was tempted to buy it.  So i went ahead and through it in my cart.  Before leaving the aisle i found a sample size bottle of Suave for men shampoo/conditioner for only 25 cents.  I picked one up to add to my husbands Christmas stocking.  I usually don't make him a stocking but this year i have been picking up little stuff here and there to add to it.  Well that completed my shopping trip to Big Lots and i left after paying only six bucks altogether.  Now that was my kind of deals!!!! Have you found any great deals while out shopping lately?

Walmart Cheap Holiday Gifts

While i was shopping at Walmart the other day i noticed that they already have some of their Holiday items out.  I searched through the Aile's looking for a few cheap gifts and it wasn't long until i found some.  Walmart is one of my favorite places to go Christmas shopping at.  They basically have something for everyone so i can get something for everyone in my family at one place!  They have great deals on gift sets ranging in price from about $3.00 - $25.00.  I do have to say that they offer a lot more gifts for women then they do men.  Here are some of the bargains that i found:
At a dollar a piece you cant beat it!  I instantly fell in love with these Popsicle soaps!  I have seen them once or twice on the Internet before but these are a steal at only $1.00 each!  They come in different colors and scents too.  These make great stocking stuffers,  party favors,  or gifts.  These adorable Popsicle soaps can be found in Walmart's Holiday aisle.  Besides Orange and Cherry they also offer Strawberry and Grape.

Another deal i found for only $1.00 is the Holly Jolly Shampoo,  Body Wash, and Bubble Bath all in one!  Besides the fact that it is three products in one it smells great too!  Girls will love its adorable packaging with the Angel and Holly on it.  Not only will girls like it but i am sure there mothers will like it too!  I bought one to give away as a gift but it smelled so good i decided to keep it for myself instead.

While in the Holiday decorating aisle i came across this beautiful butterfly ornament.  I decided to purchase it for my mother.  She loves holiday decorations and i am sure she will love this one too!  It's price was extremely reasonable at only $2.00 each.  They also have a wide variety of decorations in this color.  Silver decorations and gold are also available.  This ornament will fantastic on the Christmas Tree.
When i saw these i had to get them!  I have tried other brands in the past and i absolutely love them!  I wore a pair to the hospital when i had my third son and they were so comfy!  I picked them up for only $3.00 and they are totally worth it!   These are manufactured by a company called AirPlus.  They are Aloe infused ultra moisturizing socks.  They are made of 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex.  Aloe Infused socks help soothe and comfort your feet.   They also come with a 100% money back guarantee so if you are not 100% satisfied they will give you a complete refund or replacement.
