FIve Finger Tees

In search of fun shirts that make a statement?  Well then FiveFingerTees.com is definitely a site you should check out!  Their huge selection of shirts includes Funny Shirts,  TV Shirts, and Text Based Shirts - just to name a few!  I could spend an hour telling you about all of their shirts,  but instead I will save you some time and let you in on a few of my favorites.

This shirt would fit my nephew to a tee,  literally!  He's graduated in the summer and still has not found a job,  and still staying at home with his mama,  so this shirt basically screams his name!

This shirt features two of my favorite colors-pink and black.  I would say I am more of a humorous person rather than a "mushy" person so this shirt is definitely fits my personality to a tee.  I could definitely see myself wearing this shirt!  

I am sure most of you recognize Carlton from the Fresh Prince of Bell Air Shirt.  I wish this shirt featured Will instead of Carlton,  but it sure does bring back funny memories of the show.  Remember the Carlton dance,  how could you forget!  That show still remains as one of my favorite shows till this very day!

I saved the best for last...the shirt I chose to review!  As soon as I saw the shirt that read "Also Available in Sober,  For A  Limited Time Only",  I knew I had to get it for my nephew.  This fits him perfectly because well hes young and likes to party!  This particular shirt is also available in womens and comes in   eleven different colors.  To be safe,  I chose the black one because everyone likes basic black,  right?  I ordered this shirt in a size XL for my nephew using the Size Chart to find his exact size,  and I must say it fit him to a tee,   hahaha!

Pop Funk

A few months ago I had the wonderful opportunity of doing a review for a rockin site called Pop Funk,  and I'm happy to announce I am at it again with another fun review of their products.  If you would like to read my past review of a Elvis shirt from their site,  please click here.    I was so excited to be doing another review for them because they offer so many interesting shirts.  Not only do they offer a huge selection of women's shirts,  but they also offer men's,  kids, and baby tees,  so basically shirts for your entire family no matter what age!  All of their awesome shirts are always in stock and ready to ship to your doorstep at your request.

Finding Pop Funk Shirts that appealed to me was super easy,  the hard part was just choosing one!  After browsing around their site which seemed like forever and debating which kind of T-Shirt to choose I ended up selecting a Betty Page T-Shirt.  Once you choose which type of shirt you would like,  it gets harder to choose exactly which one,  because they offer so many!  When I clicked on Betty Page three pages of results popped up,  now if that isn't a selection I don't know what is!  Although,  I pretty much liked every single one of them,  I decided upon the Betty Page / Kitten Pin Up T-Shirt.

Not familiar with Betty Page,  well let me fill you in.  Betty Page has been considered the queen of pin ups for many years now.  This American model became famous in the late 1950's for her fetish modeling and pin up photos.  Her distinctive look including her jet black hair,  blue eyes,  and hallmark bangs,  became a trademark that has influenced many artists.   She has had a huge impact on our society as she has influenced sexuality, and fashion.  Today you can find many different items printed with her picture as she is still quite popular.

Walmart - Color Changing Tee Shirts!

I just wanted to let you know about a great product I recently found while shopping at my local Walmart store.  I was in the Men's department when I stumbled upon color changing shirts on clearance,  for only $3.00 each.  I know young boys and young men would love these!  Unfortunately they do not run in a size XXL,  so I was unable to purchase one for my hubby,  but I did however pick up a couple for my nephews.  As soon as I saw the Jimmy Hendricks Color Changing tee I knew I had to get it for myself!

The color changing tee shirts come in a variety of prints including Jimmy Hendricks,  Marvel Comics,  Coke,  Dog,  and Rock and Roll.  When exposed to light,  the shirts change from plain to colors,  in a matter of seconds!  Each shirt is unique and changes to something different,  for instance - the Coke shirt changes from regular print letters to red white and blue stars printed letters.    The Dog shirt features a dog with the print Man's Best Friend and then when it is exposed to light it also reads "Beer" on the body of the dog. I wore my tee shirt the other day and was surprised by how awesome this shirt really is!  Best of all they are only $3.00 each,  so be sure to check out your local Walmart,  and see if they are in stock.

T SHIRT PRINTING kindly sent me a Tee Shirt to review. The Tee shirt is light weight and somewhat thin, because of that, I thought it was perfect for Spring/Summer time. It is Gray with a Yellow faced monkey outlined in Pink and blue. The monkey is actually their company mascot called "Cheeky Monkey". I love the bright vibrant colors that are used on the screen printed mascot. I could tell they do a great job on the screen printing, because it was smooth and not at all raised. The shirt was very comfy and soft, so I wore it to bed as a sleeping shirt and it also paired well with my denim pants.

T SHIRT PRINTING.net produces high quality silk screen printing on a huge selection of garments and colors. Their quantities range from 12 to 100,000, so the minimum order is 12. It would be great if you are ordering silk screened products for a charity, birthday party, r.i.p. remembrance tees, groups and clubs, and any other reason. The only thing I found that I disliked about their site is the fact that they do not offer prices on their site. You must contact them in order to find out exactly how much your order will cost you.

I found this awesome tee shirt site called Pop Funk,   that offers a wide selection of licensed tees,   for the entire family!  No matter if you are shopping for yourself,  spouse,  child,  or baby,  they offer something for everyone!  Due to their newly advanced technology it allows them to offer you thousands of tee shirts that are ready to ship.    They offer a great refund policy too- if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it for a complete refund or exchange.  Their site is easy to navigate and everything is organized into categories.

Pop Funk agreed to send me a tee shirt to review.  I spent quite a while browsing through all different types of women's tees including: Musical Artists,  Pop Icons,  Musical Artists,  and Favorite Movie and TV Shows.  I was especially interested in the Marilyn Monroe,  Bettie Paige,  Betty Boop,  I Love Lucy,  and the NBC Collection section.  The NBC Collection included TV shows and movies that truly took me back in time.  Remember Punky Brewster?  How about Harry and the Hendersons?  Well they offer those too,  along with many other great TV show and movie tee shirts.. 

I really enjoyed browsing all of their "I Love Lucy" tees,  as they offered over 30 tee shirts in that category alone!  As soon as I reached the Elvis section, I knew I had to have one,  but which one was the question!  I was amazed by their huge selection of over 60 Elvis Tee Shirts!  They offered everything you can think of including: Elvis in uniform,  GI Blues,   Themed shirts from his songs and movies,  and even one of him as a young boy!   It was so hard choosing just one shirt,  but I finally decided to review the "Elvis/Red Scarf" tee shirt in a size Large. 

Growing up, I always remember my mom listening to country music, and my dad always listening to Oldies but goodies. As I grew up the oldies seemed to stick with me, but the country music faded out of my life! Both my father and uncle were always really into Elvis, so naturally so was I. I loved his style of music and his looks weren't bad on the eyes either! Not only did my father, uncle and myself like him, but also many people around the world, being that he was one of the most popular singers of the 20th century.   Elvis Aaron Presley is often referred to as the "King of Rock and Roll" and to me that is exactly what he is!

Of course as soon as the shirt arrived I pulled it out to see how it looked.  I noticed a small sticker on it that identified it as a official licensed Elvis item.  The shirt looked exactly like how it was pictured on the website.  This wonderful shirt from Pop Funk features Elvis with slicked back hair,  sporting  a black shirt and a red scarf wrapped around his neck.  I must say he looks very handsome in the picture on the front of the shirt.  I couldn't wait to wear it,  so the next day I paired it with a pair of jeans.  I thought it looked great and everyone else must have too because I received a lot of compliments on it. 

The shirt fit me snugly but not too tightly,  just right!  I ordered a juniors style shirt even though it is also available in Women's,  Men's,  Juvenile,  and Youth.  The shirt is made out of 100% cotton and preshrunk for a perfect fit!  I machine washed the shirt normally as I would any other shirt,  and it did not shrink.  I did make sure to turn the shirt inside out so the image on the front of the shirt does not fade.  The shirt is available in sizes Small through X-Large so basically anyone can fit them!  You can purchase this shirt for only $23.00.  Be sure to visit their site and see if they offer something that interests you,  I am sure you will find atleast one shirt!

Tee Wit is an online site that is owned and operated by Cafe Press.  Tee Wit offers personalized and custom gifts  for the entire family including:  Moms,  Dads,  Babies,  Children,  Aunts , Uncles,  Nieces,  Nephews,  Grandparents and even stepmothers and Godparents!  Tee Wit specializes in funny baby One Pieces,  Bodysuits,  Bibs,  Baby and Toddler Tee Shirts and not to mention all the humorous Maternity Clothes.  Tee Wit also offers Holiday themed clothing and some really awesome Breast Cancer Shirts.  Another one of their many great products that they offer is their Customizable Products which can be personalized with your choice of Color,  Image and logo/saying.  Throughout this post,  i have included some of my favorite sayings from their site.

Their tee shirts feature Witty slogans and sayings that are not over the top or offensive,  they are simply "funny" sayings.  I wish i would have known about this site last year when i was pregnant,  because they have some really unique shirts that are hard to find in stores.  There wide selection of quirky Maternity clothes makes it easy to find Baby Shower gifts for pregnant mommies.  No matter who you have to buy for,  they are likely to have something for that someone that you are shopping for.  Right now,  would be a great time to purchase some of their Valentine's Day Clothing and items.

Tee Wit  was kind enough to let me select an item to review.  I spent quite a while browsing their website looking for the perfect tee shirt to suit me but,  because i am a mom and i have a humorous  type of personality,  i decided to review the "I've Got Bigger Problems" Hoodie.  The Hoodie reads"You've got problems? I get popped, puked, and peed on,  and i don't get to sleep Ever.  I win!"  As soon as i saw it i knew it was perfect for me!  If your a mom then you know what the shirt really means! 

I was recently pooped,  puked,  and peed on by my newborn son last year,  so i can really relate to the saying on the shirt.  I think anyone that has ever raised a newborn knows exactly what i mean!  You feel so sleep deprived from all the am feedings too, so you really don't get to sleep!  And not just last year...in 2003 with my first son and in 2008 with my middle son too and one day again,  when i am in my 30's probably!  Raising three boys right now really keeps me on my feet! 

Ordering the Hoodie was very easy.  I clicked on the saying and was surprised when it brought me to a page of various types of products, all with the same logo.  I had the option to choose from an assortment of different  products that included A magnet,  Tee shirts in different styles,  Mugs,  Gym Bag,  Tote,  Teddy Bear  and even a Throw Pillow!  I had no clue that they had so many different products with the sayings/logos printed on them.  I needed a nice brand new Hoodie and they are a staple in my closet so i chose the I've Got Bigger Problems Women's raglan Hoodie in a size Medium. 

After i chose the size,  i had the option to choose between three different colors: White with Black sleeves, White with Pink sleeves or White with Baby Blue Sleeves.  My favorite color is Pink so usually i would go with the Pink one,  but i wanted something different,  so i went ahead and chose the White Hoodie with the Black sleeves.   After that,  you choose the quantity and add it to your cart...so easy!  The Hoodie costs $34.99 and ships within two business days.  Before i knew it my packaged had arrived! I tried it on as soon as i opened it and unfortunately it was a little bit of a tight fit.  I think this is because they are Preshrunk but i am not certain on that.   

This is where their wonderful customer service came in.  I emailed them and they sent me a new Hoodie in a size XL.  I do not like for my sweater to be too much of a tight fit so the XL gave me just the right amount of extra room.  Please note- their sizes run a tad bit on the small size so order a size or two larger than you normally would.  When i received the XL it fit me perfectly,  not too tight and not too lose...just right!  The material is made out of preshrunk and laundered 100% combed ring- spun Cotton which provides the ultra soft feeling of the material. 

Wearing the Hoodie while lounging around the house,  made me even more comfortable than i already was!  the Hoodie is also perfect to wear out while shopping or running air ens.   The Black sleeves on the White Hoodie really made the sweater stand out.  I also liked that it has a full zipper on it so you don't have to slip it over your head.  The Hoodie paired perfectly with a tee shirt,  pair of jeans and tennis shoes.
